Photo prompt for week beginning 24/9/12

Hiya, here we go with our very first photo prompt!

The theme for this week is NUMBERS.

You can interpret this in any way you like, you can be literal or not - the idea of his is to challenge yourself to take a photo that is different to what you would ordinarily take and to push yourself to 'think outside the box'.

We have a dedicated section of the gallery for your photos so feel free to share your inspiration with us all. If you don't get around to taking or sharing your photo please still join in the chat, we'd still love to hear your ideas!

So what are your first thoughts on reading today's prompt? Have you got loads of ideas or are you struggling to come up with something?

How about a photo of your front door with the number for a family album?

That's a really good idea Nikki, our homes are a huge part of our lives and so capturing a pic of your house number would be a different way to capture it!

Has anyone else thought of a way to photograph numbers in their life?

I have got a great idea for this, I am going to use the numbers off the buses that I use during this week.

That is such a good one too, without them you wouldn't be able to get to all the shops for your craft supplies, or to Total Papercrafts Classes!!!

I have a couple of pictures ready to go in the gallery, but don't know how to upload them. I have them saved on my computer( don't have a blog ) so how do I get them into the gallery , as all I can find is "upload URL" ?

Click on name of gallery you want to upload to
Click on the green upload photo button
Type in the name of your photo
Type up a description for members to see
click on browse to find your file
click save
